Christ's Commission Fellowship

Christ Commission Fellowship

History

CCF Pasig Profile:

Since CCF started way back in 1982 through an evangelistic home Bible study in Brookside Subdivision led by Pastor Peter Tan-Chi, Christ's Commission Fellowship (CCF) have grown into a thriving church of approximately 25,000 believers with worship and bible study centers in Metro Manila, Pampanga, Malolos, Marilao, Isabela, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro and Davao.

CCF Pasig is part of a CCF outreach church cluster in the eastern Metro Manila, dubbed as CCF East.

Started in 2003, after over a year of prayer, CCF East was established, with worship services being held here at EVER Gotesco Mall. By 2004 CCF East branched out to Marikina, then in Taytay early in 2005. Together with Pasig who stayed at EVER, these three local churches comprise CCF East and are being coordinated by Pastor Danny de Guzman.

Pastor Ariel Guinto oversees CCF Pasig as its pastor, assisted by the local church council. In 2006, CCF Pasig birthed a CCF community church in Floodway, overseen by Pastor Alex Daraug. Church Planting is presently being done in Binangonan, Rizal and Santolan, Pasig.

Since CCF East branched out to form two other local churches leaving CCF Pasig with 250 worshippers, today by God's grace, Christ's Commission Fellowship – Pasig nurtures an aggregate of 600 believers, in worship and bible study centers.

Following the culture of the main church, CCF Pasig is a unique fellowship composed and led by lay men and women who still share God's love and the Gospel in the style of the first century Christians: in small groups, in their homes, communities, and workplaces.

The vision that the Lord gave to the leaders of CCF is to establish a church patterned after that of the New Testament. The emphasis is on the active participation and ministry of lay people committed to fulfilling Christ's purpose as found in Matthew 28: 18-20. Hence, the church is named "Christ's Commission Fellowship." Based on scriptures, all Christians are called by the Lord to be ministers to make committed followers of Jesus Christ.

Our work has just begun.  We welcome all who are willing to share the same vision to labor together with us for the glory of God and His kingdom.
